Expert Solutions for Refrigerant Leakage in Climatic Test Chambers !!!

🔍 Expert Solutions for Refrigerant Leakage in Climatic Test Chambers 🌡️

At Sri Easwari Scientific Solution Pvt Ltd (SESS), we understand that refrigerant leakage in climatic test chambers can be a critical issue, impacting performance and test accuracy. Here’s how our expert team tackles this problem to ensure your systems run smoothly:

Step-by-Step Process for Identifying and Resolving Refrigerant Leakage:

1. Visual Inspection: Our team starts with a thorough visual inspection of all refrigeration lines and components, looking for any visible signs of leakage, such as oil stains or loose connections.

2. N2 Pressure Hold Test: We pressurize the refrigeration copper lines with Nitrogen (N2) and listen for any leakage sounds. If any leaks are detected, we apply a soap solution to pinpoint the exact location.

3. Pressure Monitoring: For minor leaks, we switch the system on for a few minutes and then off, holding the N2 pressure. We monitor the pressure levels closely; if there's a drop, it indicates a potential valve issue, and we recommend replacing the faulty valve.

4. Holding Time: Typically, we hold the N2 pressure for up to 48 hours, though sometimes 24 hours is sufficient depending on the situation and the customer’s time frame.

5. Leak Resolution and System Vacuuming: Once the leak is resolved, we vacuum the system for up to 6 hours to ensure it's completely free of moisture and contaminants.

6. Recharging the System: We recharge the system with refrigerant to the manufacturer-recommended pressure levels, ensuring it operates within the standard test range.

7. Final Testing: After recharging, we perform a full system test to confirm everything is functioning correctly and that the refrigerant level is stable.

Customer Benefits:

By following this meticulous process, we ensure minimal downtime, accurate testing conditions, and long-term reliability of your climatic test chambers.
